Before departure

Before we’ve arranged a place for departure, we consider the actual weather situation and take the weather forecast into account.

Down-fall, wind and other factors decide whether a flight is possible or not.

When the pilot decides the weather is good to have a flight, he fixes the take-off location…

This location depends on several factors, such as the origin of the passengers, forbidden areas, …

Now that we have checked the weather and the location of departure, we have to get passengers. So we ring the passengers to arrange the hour of departure on (or in the vicinity of) the location of departure.

Once at the site of departure, we launch a little balloon, to make sure the wind has not turned, so that the chosen location is wrong. If the location isn’t good, we could replace us to another one.
